Damaged or leaking pack on arrival Wrong product shipped Missing item from order Quality complaint (taste, freshness)

How to raise a request

Email support@delicha.in within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We respond within 24 hours.

Resolution

We'll either ship a free replacement or refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Not eligible

Opened packs that you simply didn't enjoy, requests raised after 7 days, or damage caused by improper storage after delivery.
